This is another store we have to go back to because Phil is so good.
First, we went to sit and talk, sipping beer, enjoying with friends.
There will be food, Thai beer, outside beer, and cocktails.
And the highlight is that there are movies outside the stream, which we haven't seen yet. 🎥

ถ้าเสิร์ชหา “ร้านเบียร์สีลม” แล้วอยากได้ร้านที่นั่งสบาย คุยกับเพื่อนได้ยาวๆ แบบไม่วุ่นวายเกินไป เราว่า DOC Club & Pub ตอบโจทย์มาก เพราะฟีลร้านคือชิลแต่มีลูกเล่น—มีทั้งบาร์และโซนเหมือนโรงหนังที่ฉายหนังนอกกระแสด้วย (ใครชอบดูหนังสายอาร์ต/อินดี้น่าจะถูกใจ) ภายในร้านจะมีโปสเตอร์หนังติดอยู่หลายจุด บรรยากาศออกแนวเท่ๆ แสงสวย ถ่ายรูปแล้วได้อารมณ์ไนต์เอาต์ในเมือง สิ่งที่เราชอบคือ “ตู้เบียร์” ที่ให้เราเดินไปเลือกดูหน้าตู้ได้เอง เหมาะกับคนที่อยากลองคราฟต์เบียร์หลายแนว ถ้าเลือกไม่ถูกก็ให้พนักงานช่วยแนะนำได้ เราเคยลองเบียร์ไทยอย่าง Chiangmai Blossom Weizen กลิ่นหอมดอกไม้อ่อนๆ ละมุน ดื่มง่ายมาก ส่วนสาย IPA ถ้าอยากได้ความชัดขึ้น ตัว “ผีบอก” (Sawasdee IPA) ดีกรี 5.8% ABV กลิ่นแรงขึ้นและมีความมึนเบาๆ ใครมาเดทหรือมานั่งเม้ามอย แนะนำให้ค่อยๆ ไล่ระดับความเข้ม จะได้คุมฟีลได้ทั้งคืน เรื่องอาหารถือว่าเป็นอีกเหตุผลที่เหมาะกับการเป็น “ร้านเบียร์สีลม” สำหรับมานั่งนานๆ เพราะราคาไม่แรง เริ่มต้นร้อยนิดๆ และเป็นเมนูที่แชร์กับเพื่อนได้ เช่น ของทานเล่นแนวๆ นาโชส์ วางบนโต๊ะหินอ่อนคือเข้ากันมาก กินคู่เบียร์แล้วเพลิน (เรามักสั่งของแกล้มก่อน จะได้ไม่เมาไว) ทริคเล็กๆ จากประสบการณ์เรา: ถ้าอยากได้ที่นั่งสบายๆ ลองไปช่วงหัวค่ำก่อนคนแน่น จะเลือกมุมได้ง่าย โดยเฉพาะมุมโซฟายาวสีเข้มที่นั่งชิลมาก หรือถ้าอยากไปให้ตรงกับรอบหนัง แนะนำเช็คตารางที่หน้าเพจร้านล่วงหน้า เพราะรอบหนังจะอัปเดตเป็นรายสัปดาห์ พิกัดร้านอยู่ซอยสาทร 2 ใกล้สีลม เดินทางสะดวก เหมาะทั้งมานั่งกับเพื่อน หลังเลิกงาน หรือพาแฟนมาเดทแบบมีอะไรทำมากกว่าแค่นั่งดื่ม—ได้ทั้งบรรยากาศบาร์และความสนุกแบบโรงหนังในที่เดียว
