「ビストロ 都内」で探すと候補が多すぎて迷うので、私が実際に行って“使いやすかった”基準で選び方もまとめます。今回紹介した5店（アヒルストア／mellow／洋食堂葡萄／Union sand yard／bistro clover）は、料理がおいしいのはもちろん、ワイン（特にナチュラルワイン）と合わせて楽しみやすいのが共通点でした。 まず都内ビストロ選びで私が気にするのは「席のタイプ」と「頼みやすい価格帯」。立ち飲み中心のお店は回転が早く、ふらっと寄れる反面、並ぶ覚悟が必要です。たとえばアヒルストアは予約不可なので、週末は“早めの時間に行く”か“平日を狙う”のが安心。逆にmellow、洋食堂葡萄、Union sand yard、bistro cloverは予約できるので、デートや友人とのごはんに組み込みやすいです。 次に「注文のコツ」。都内ビストロは前菜が強いお店が多いので、迷ったら前菜盛り合わせを入れると満足度が上がりやすい印象。Union sand yardみたいに野菜がしっかりおいしいお店は、前菜＋メインでバランスが取りやすいです。mellowは前菜盛りがボリューム多めだったので、最初に頼みすぎないのがポイント。逆に洋食堂葡萄は“小皿寄り”で種類を増やしやすく、複数人だといろいろ食べ比べできて楽しかったです（生ハム、トリュフ系のリゾットは特に印象強め）。 ワイン好き向けの小ワザも。ナチュラルワインのお店はグラスの回転が早いので、その日のおすすめを聞くのがいちばん早いです。「軽めで酸味あり」「果実感強め」「料理に合わせたい」みたいに好みを一言で伝えると選んでもらいやすい。料理はフムスやディップ系、ウフマヨ、アンチョビキャベツみたいな“ワイン泥棒”を最初に置くと、会話しながらゆっくり飲めます。 最後に予算感。都内のビストロは、2人で行くと料理2〜4品＋お酒で意外と上振れしがち。bistro cloverはコスパが良くて、まずフルーツバター・ウフマヨ・アンチョビキャベツのような定番を押さえると満足しやすかったです。初訪問は「前菜＋名物＋メイン（orパスタ）」くらいの組み立てにして、次回食べたいものを残すのが私の定番ルート。 ※メニューは時期で変わることもあるので、行く前に公式SNSや口コミで“今ある名物”だけ軽く確認しておくと失敗が減ります。都内ビストロ探しの参考になればうれしいです。
