Breaking from this conditioned politeness is essential to protect yourself and demand accountability. Ultimately, learning to identify these subtle boundary tests empowers you. Trusting your internal signals isn’t dramatic; it’s protective. Discomfort should prompt you to start questioning, seek clarity, and prioritize your well-being.
