🫕📍 the branch we eat in The Shelter (Chokchai 4). The food items you order will have meat in general except for the sea. I like Kurobuta pork and Shabu pork. But the meat you ordered will be mixed with green. It doesn't look as fresh as the old meat (I don't know what other branches are either). Besides meat and vegetables, there will also be dim sum in the buffet. This is awesome. I like it. I like it. I have to have dessert that is not only ice cream. There are a lot of clear ice to choose from. Really worth it.

ถ้าใครเสิร์ชหา “ฮะเก๋า MK” เพราะอยากรู้ว่าบุฟเฟต์มีให้สั่งไหม บอกเลยว่ามีค่ะ และเป็นหนึ่งในไอเท็มที่เรารู้สึกว่าทำให้บุฟเฟต์คุ้มขึ้นทันที โดยเฉพาะคนที่ไป MK ปกติแล้วชอบสั่งติ่มซำอยู่แล้ว (ฮะเก๋า/ซาลาเปา/ติ่มซำรวมๆ) พอมาเป็นบุฟเฟต์คือกด/เรียกสั่งได้เรื่อยๆ กินกับน้ำจิ้ม MK แล้วฟินมาก ประสบการณ์เราคือ “ฮะเก๋า” มาเป็นเข่งๆ ขนาดกำลังดี เนื้อกุ้งเด้งๆ แป้งไม่หนาเกิน (บางเข่งจะนุ่มมาก บางเข่งอาจแน่นนิดนึงแล้วแต่รอบ) ทริคของเราคือสั่งฮะเก๋าตั้งแต่รอบแรกพร้อมๆ กับของลงหม้อเลย เพราะเวลาบุฟเฟต์จำกัด 1 ชั่วโมง 15 นาที และบางสาขาเสิร์ฟช้า ถ้ารอค่อยสั่งทีหลังมีโอกาสได้ไม่ครบที่อยากกิน อีกอย่างที่หลายคนมองข้ามคือ “เส้นหยก” ในหม้อสุกี้ กินคู่กับฮะเก๋าแล้วเข้ากันมาก เราชอบสั่งเส้นหยกมาเผื่อๆ แล้วลวกแค่พอนิ่ม จะได้หนึบๆ ไม่เละ ส่วนสายผักก็ใส่ผักกาดขาว ข้าวโพดอ่อนลงไปเพิ่มความหวานให้ซุป แล้วคีบฮะเก๋าตาม เป็นคำที่รู้สึกครบมาก ถ้าอยากเน้นฮะเก๋า MK แบบคุ้มๆ แนะนำแพลนการสั่งประมาณนี้: 1) เปิดโต๊ะ: สั่งฮะเก๋า 1-2 เข่ง + ของลงหม้อ (หมูสไลด์/ผัก/เส้นหยก) 2) ระหว่างรอของ: ตักน้ำจิ้มเตรียมไว้ แล้วเริ่มลวกของในหม้อไปก่อน 3) ของมาแล้ว: กินฮะเก๋าทันที แล้วค่อยสั่งรอบสองต่อเลย (อย่ารอให้หมดเข่งค่อยสั่ง) ข้อควรระวังคือเรื่อง “สั่งเกินแล้วเหลือ” เพราะมีค่าปรับต่อชิ้น/ต่ออย่างได้ และบางสาขานับค่อนข้างเป๊ะ เราเลยใช้วิธีสั่งทีละพอดีๆ แต่สั่งถี่ขึ้นแทน โดยเฉพาะฮะเก๋า—อร่อยก็จริง แต่อิ่มไวเหมือนกันค่ะ สุดท้าย ถ้าตั้งใจไปเพราะฮะเก๋า MK จริงๆ เราว่าบุฟเฟต์เหมาะมากสำหรับสายติ่มซำ+ของหวาน (อย่างน้ำแข็งไส/ไอศกรีม) แต่ให้เผื่อเวลาเรื่องการเรียกพนักงานในสาขาที่ไม่มีแท็บเล็ตด้วยนะคะ สรุปคือ “ฮะเก๋า” เป็นเมนูที่ทำให้ทริปบุฟเฟต์ครั้งนี้คุ้มขึ้นจริงๆ โดยเฉพาะถ้าสั่งเป็นตั้งแต่ต้นเกมค่ะ
