เผื่อใครกำลังเสิร์ชหา “Seoul Mate Korat / Somaek โคราช” แล้วลังเลว่าจะไปดีไหม เราแวะมาแชร์ทริคเล็กๆจากประสบการณ์ตรงค่ะ เผื่อช่วยให้ทริปไปกินครั้งแรกไหลลื่นขึ้น 1) บรรยากาศร้าน + ของที่ควรรู้ก่อนเข้า หน้าร้านตอนกลางคืนคือเด่นมาก มีป้ายไฟและธีมเกาหลีชัดๆ เหมาะกับสายถ่ายรูปสุดๆ แต่แอร์ค่อนข้างเย็นจริง แนะนำพกเสื้อคลุมบางๆไปด้วย โดยเฉพาะถ้าไปนั่งยาวๆกับเพื่อน 2) เมนูที่ควรสั่งถ้าไปครั้งแรก ถ้าจะให้สั่งแบบ “ปลอดภัยแต่ฟิน” เราว่าควรเริ่มที่เมนูฮิตของร้านอย่างกุ้งดองเกาหลี (ตัวใหญ่ เนื้อเด้ง เค็มหวานกำลังดี) กินคู่ข้าว สาหร่าย และเครื่องเคียงคือเข้ากันมาก ใครไม่เคยกินกุ้งดองมาก่อน แนะนำให้ค่อยๆชิมแล้วตามด้วยข้าว จะนัวขึ้น อีกเมนูที่กินแล้วอุ่นใจคือซุปเต้าหู้/ซุปเต้าหู้กิมจิ เสิร์ฟมาในหม้อร้อนๆ ซดแล้วสบายท้อง เหมาะไว้ตัดเลี่ยนจากของทอด ส่วนไก่ทอดซอสเลมอนจะออกแนวเปรี้ยวหอม สดชื่น ไม่หนักจนเกินไป และรามยอนแห้งไก่เผ็ดคือเหมาะกับคนชอบรสจัดๆ (ถ้ากลัวเผ็ด ลองถามพนักงานเรื่องระดับความเผ็ดก่อนได้) 3) มุมถ่ายรูป + ฟีลเช็คอินเกาหลี ในร้านมีมุมถ่ายรูปหลายจุด ถ่ายออกมาค่อนข้างได้ฟีล “อยู่โคเรีย” โดยเฉพาะโซนหน้าร้านกับป้ายไฟ และโซนที่มีพร็อพตกแต่ง ถ้าไปเป็นกลุ่ม แนะนำถ่ายตอนอาหารยังไม่เต็มโต๊ะ แสงจะสวยและจัดเฟรมง่ายกว่า 4) K-Mart ในร้าน ซื้ออะไรกลับบ้านได้บ้าง จุดที่เราชอบคือมี K-Mart เล็กๆให้เดินเลือกของ ทั้งวัตถุดิบเกาหลี มาม่าเกาหลี โคชูจัง ขนม และเครื่องดื่มบางอย่าง ใครอยากกลับไปทำต่อที่บ้าน แนะนำหยิบซอส/เครื่องปรุงที่ใช้บ่อยๆ จะคุ้มมาก แล้วกลับไปเปิดซีรีส์กินต่อคือฟิน 5) เวลาเปิด-พิกัดแบบเข้าใจง่าย ร้านเปิดช่วงเย็นถึงดึก (18.00-00.00) เหมาะกับสายเลิกงานหรือหาที่นั่งชิล พิกัดอยู่หลังร้านย่างเนย สาขาไนท์บ้านเกาะ ถ้าไปครั้งแรกเผื่อเวลาเดินหานิดนึง เพราะโซนไนท์คนค่อนข้างเยอะตอนค่ำๆ สรุปสำหรับเรา Somaek / Seoul Mate โคราช เป็นร้านเกาหลีที่ไปแล้วสนุก ทั้งกินทั้งถ่ายรูป แถมมีของให้ช้อปใน K-Mart ด้วย ใครกำลังหาที่แฮงเอาต์ย่านไนท์บ้านเกาะ แนะนำให้ลองไปสักครั้งค่ะ
