25 Things to Do in Lisbon, Portugal 🇵🇹 | Part 3

7 more spots for your Lisbon list, from tile-covered viewpoints to one of my favorite restaurants in the city! 🇵🇹⬇️

/Pink Street (Rua Nova do Carvalho) – One of Lisbon’s liveliest nightlife areas. The bright pink pavement and colorful umbrellas overhead make it such a fun photo stop! ☂️💕

/Miradouro de Santa Luzia (Santa Luzia Viewpoint) – A lovely viewpoint overlooking Alfama and the Tagus River, framed by tiled panels and bougainvillea that make it even more charming 🌸

/SUD Lisboa Terrazza – My favorite lunch spot in Lisbon 🥂 It’s located right along the water in Belém, with incredible views of the 25th of April Bridge and the river.

📍 Tuk Tuk Tour – Lisbon’s hills are no joke. A tuk tuk tour is a fun and easy way to see more of the city without wearing yourself out. 🛺

/National Pantheon (Panteão Nacional) – A stunning domed monument honoring some of Portugal’s most important historical figures. Head up to the terrace for panoramic views over Lisbon ☁️

📍 Azulejo Tile Murals – Keep your eyes open while exploring because these beautiful Portuguese tiles are everywhere, from building façades to metro stations. 💙

/Sanctuary of Christ the King (Santuário Nacional de Cristo Rei) – Located across the river, this monument offers one of the best panoramic views of Lisbon from its viewing deck.

Save this for your Lisbon trip, and don’t miss Part 4! ✨️

... Read moreVisiting Lisbon offers so many vibrant and picturesque spots that truly bring the city’s culture and beauty to life. One of my favorite experiences was walking along Pink Street, often called Rua Nova do Carvalho. The bright pink pavement and hanging colorful umbrellas create such a cheerful ambiance and make it a fantastic place for memorable photos during the day and energetic nightlife after dark. Another highlight is the Miradouro de Santa Luzia viewpoint. The views over Alfama’s rooftops and the Tagus River, combined with traditional Portuguese tile panels and bougainvillea flowers, offered a truly charming and peaceful atmosphere that felt like stepping into a postcard. For a relaxing lunch, SUD Lisboa Terrazza in Belém stood out with its waterfront location giving remarkable views of the 25th of April Bridge. The blend of fresh cuisine and scenery made it a perfect spot to unwind. Taking a Tuk Tuk tour around Lisbon’s famously steep hills was a wonderful way to explore without exhaustion. The guides are typically friendly and informative, and it’s a fun mode of transport that lets you cover more ground efficiently. At the National Pantheon, climbing to the terrace is a must. The panoramic views offered a fresh perspective of Lisbon’s sprawling cityscape and historic architecture. Nearby, the azulejo tile murals dotted throughout the city add bursts of traditional blue and white artistry to everyday scenes—from metro stations to building facades. Lastly, a trip across the river to the Sanctuary of Christ the King provided one of the best viewpoints in Lisbon. The statue itself is impressive, but the outlook across the river truly captures the city’s greatness. If you love vibrant culture, breathtaking views, and rich history wrapped in stunning photo ops, these spots make your Lisbon itinerary unforgettable. Don't forget to explore more hidden gems and savor local flavors while wandering through this enchanting city!
