I should have died In my sin

Honestly guys this isn’t a chapter in my life but I just woke up today just overwhelmed that I’m still here. When I think about the GOODNESS of God and how amazing he’s been to me I just don’t deserve his love … I can’t explain it but his love is overwhelming. When I tell you I TRIED to run from God but he chases after me , he waits for me , & he never stops loving me. I remember being so bound and such a slave to sexual sin, such a slave to my own thoughts, such a slave to my complacency. I was still going to church but I was so far from God. He should’ve killed me then! But he KEEPS waking me up everyday. That not only lets me know that yes I have a purpose and God has something for me to do. But it shows me this unfathomable love of God. He doesn’t NEED to use ME . He can use anyone. But he WANTS me. Even when I didn’t want him. I was in love with EVERYTHING he hates and yet he still had his arms open waiting saying Daughter come Home! Who wouldn’t serve a God like this ?? I would’ve wrote MYSELF off. I don’t deserve his love by any means . And honestly it’s hard for me to even grasp this kind of love because I have NEVER experienced it. I think I’ve tried to test God. I’ve waited for him to fail me. I tried to sabotage so that HE could leave me. And he never did. I got to the lowest point I could ever get to and he still looked at me and called me HIS. He still forgave me. He still wiped me clean but I was nothing but filthy rags. I don’t understand why you love ME God. You are deserving of so much more. So to you and you alone, I worship and I Praise .. 😭❤️

Some tips that have helped me to overcome habitual sin, stay encouraged because Jesus died for the messiest version of you. He is the one who makes one clean. Don’t allow shame, guilt, or condemnation to keep you from staying rooted in Christ even when you have fell in Jesus name! #accountablech
