1. Hate other people

It does not mean to keep looking at other people's disadvantages or shortcomings, but to admit to yourself that you do not like a person with a habit and to make a distance with a person with that habit. 2. Recognize quickly when being crossed.

For those who are facing problems, mind power is the most important resource. To meet "who" is very important. The person you spend time with in times of weakness should be the one who makes you feel "really glad to see you," not "unlikely."

4. You do not work to exchange patience for money.

You should not be trapped in a state of constant suffering when you know that you are suffering. Patience is a skill that should only be used when you endure "short-term difficulties" for "long-term good results." If you endure anger, sadness, or suffering, you will become a person who does not know your needs.

5. Apologize only to heal the relationship.

Don't apologize just because you can't do the other person's will, and don't apologize just because you feel "forgiven," but apologize when you hurt and damage the other person. You have seriously considered the pain and want to apologize to heal the relationship.

6. Don't waste time feeling guilty about others.

When "unnecessary guilt" takes over, you will follow what others want, even if it is not your will. It may result in you grieving, hating yourself, or devaluing yourself. You must put yourself first!

7. If you don't like it, run away. Being happy must come first.

Notice yourself each day what moments you think "time flies so fast" and "time passes so slowly." It will help to let you know if you enjoy or suffer doing that. The key tips that help you live your life comfortably are "step back from what you don't like," "reject what you don't want," and "quit doing what doesn't suit yourself."

8. To carry the burden that others pay respect to is to allow life force to suck.

There is only a small amount of worship that you really want to make. Most often it is something that "if possible, do not want to do." If it happens twice, it will be fine. But if you have to do it often, it is equal to that you regularly give energy and time to others. There may be further encroachment on personal space.

9. Find content that heals us.

There are countless content in the world today, such as fiction, cartoons, animations, or games are the ones that heal people's minds and lives. Try one minute a day to find something that makes you feel fun from the heart. Maybe one day you will find content that will change your life.

10. Find a rest time for the body to hear the body's voice more clearly.

Let's leave your phone at home, go out to a place full of quiet nature, and sit still doing nothing but breathing, imagining that the air coming up from your toes helps to ward off things you don't like to blow away with your breath.
