Flameless Candle for Grandma 🥰🫶

So recently, my grandma was admitted into a nursing home/ rehab facility after being in the hospital. I'm trying to make things a bit more comfortable in there while she is recovering. The room is nice and big but empty so I was going to put some flowers in there. However, my father got me this candle warmer last Christmas I never opened. So, I'm testing it right now to see if it'll work well in her room since nursing homes / rehabs / hospitals don't allow open flame candles for fire safety purposes. As of now, I've been testing it in my office, and the top layer of the candle has begun to melt, and it does have a decent scent throw. It won't be as strong as if you were to burn the candle, but the scent is building in the room. I will continue to test throughout the day before I bring it to her room. She loves food, so as you can see in the last picture, I have a candle I know she'll love. Stay tuned to see the results....

💌 Brand: Bath and Body Works for the candle but I'm not sure where my dad got the candle warmer from. I did however see a bunch on Amazon that were beautiful.

... Read moreIn nursing homes and rehab facilities, safety is paramount, which is why flameless candle warmers have become increasingly popular. These devices melt the candle wax gently, releasing fragrance without the risk of fire associated with traditional open flame candles. Using a candle warmer not only eliminates soot and smoke but also allows family members to bring a touch of home into the care environment. Candle warmers often feature adjustable brightness and timer settings, enhancing their usability and safety. Most users report that the scent throw is often more subdued than burning a candle, yet still effective in creating a pleasant ambiance. When selecting a candle for your warmer, consider those with strong fragrance oils, like those from Bath and Body Works, which are known for their rich scents. Additionally, many candle warmers come in stylish designs, serving as decorative elements in any room. This can further help personalize spaces that can sometimes feel impersonal, like hospital and rehab rooms. To ensure the best results, it’s advised to follow the manufacturer’s guidelines when using the warmer, avoiding lighting the candles directly when melted by these devices, to maintain their longevity and scent efficacy. Transitioning your grandma’s room with a flameless candle warmer could significantly improve her recovery experience, bringing familiar and comforting scents into her daily life during this challenging time.
