Shifts in perspective that blew my mind recently 🤯

2023/7/20 Edited to

... Read moreOne of the biggest mind shifts for me was realizing that not everyone values home aesthetics the same way. Watching countless home renovation videos, I used to think everyone aimed for beautiful spaces. But learning that some people, like condo owners, often flip properties quickly for profit helped me see things from a business perspective rather than a purely personal one. Another eye-opener was understanding the resistance people show when you try something new. People close to us may judge or seem uncomfortable, but it's not about you doing something wrong—it's their discomfort with change. This helped me accept that initial customers for new businesses often come from outside our usual circles because strangers don't have those preconceived notions. Also, the old win-lose mentality—that if someone benefits, someone else must lose—was challenged when I discovered the power of win-win collaborations in business. With a mindset of abundance, I've seen that both parties can grow and succeed together, which has been crucial in building healthy business relationships. Overall, these shifts in perspective have deeply influenced my approach to entrepreneurship and life. Embracing change, abundance, and different viewpoints keeps things exciting and opens up new paths I hadn't considered before.
