First, B (the thief) will contact C (us) to buy Crybaby Cherry and will ask for C (us)'s account to transfer the money. But the person who transferred it was not B (the thief) but A (the buyer) who transferred it to C (us) instead. This is not possible to know how they agreed to trade it to us. And after C (us) received the money and B (the thief) made an appointment with us to pick up the items and C (us) delivered the items successfully because the trading was over because we got his money.
In this case, C (we) cannot be reported because it is not a victim at all. It must start with A (buyer), notify before sequestration of accounts C (us) and C (us) to notify to extinguish B (robber) and then start condoning.

จากที่เราเจอเคส “โจร ABC” แบบเต็มๆ (A=ผู้เสียหายที่คุยกับโจร, B=มิจฉาชีพ, C=คนขาย/คนที่รับโอน) อยากสรุปเป็นแนวทางเผื่อใครกำลังงงว่าควรทำอะไรต่อ โดยเฉพาะคนที่เป็น “C” แบบเรา เพราะหลายคนจะตกใจมากว่าทำไมอยู่ดีๆ มีเงินเข้า แล้วกลายเป็นโดนลากไปเกี่ยวคดีได้ 1) สัญญาณอันตรายของโจร ABC ที่ควรเอะใจ - คนทักมาขอซื้อ แต่ชื่อบัญชีผู้โอน “ไม่ใช่คนที่คุย” หรืออ้างว่าให้เพื่อน/ญาติโอนแทนแบบไม่ชัดเจน - นัดรับของไวมาก กดดันให้รีบส่ง/รีบนัดรับ - มีเงินเข้า “หลายรอบ” หรือชื่อผู้โอนเปลี่ยนไปเรื่อยๆ (เคสเราเจอเงินเข้าอีก 2 รอบในวันถัดมา) - พอถามหาหลักฐานการคุยกับผู้โอนจริงๆ จะตอบวกวน หรือเริ่มบล็อคหนี 2) ถ้าเกิดเหตุแล้ว (เราเป็น C) ควรทำทันที - หยุดส่งของ/หยุดนัดรับเพิ่มทันที ถ้ายังไม่ส่ง - แคปหลักฐานทุกอย่าง: แชตกับคนที่คุย (B), สลิปโอน, เวลาที่เงินเข้า, ประกาศขาย, หลักฐานการส่งมอบ/นัดรับ - พยายามติดต่อ “A ผู้โอนจริง” ผ่านชื่อบัญชี/ช่องทางที่พอหาได้ เพื่ออธิบายว่าเราเป็นปลายทางที่ถูกใช้เป็นทางผ่าน และขอให้เขาไปแจ้งความ - ไปลงบันทึกประจำวันไว้ก่อน (เราใช้เป็นหลักฐานความบริสุทธิ์ใจ) เช่น รายงานประจำวันรับแจ้งจากสถานีตำรวจ ว่าเรา “ถูกมิจฉาชีพหลอกให้รับโอนเงิน” และระบุรูปแบบ “มิจฉาชีพ ABC” ให้ชัด 3) เรื่องแจ้งความ/อายัดบัญชี เข้าใจให้ตรง ในแพทเทิร์นโจร ABC โดยมาก “A ต้องเป็นคนเริ่มแจ้งความ” เพื่อให้อายัดบัญชีปลายทาง/ทำสำนวนฐานฉ้อโกงได้ชัดเจน ส่วน “C” อย่างเรา บางครั้งตำรวจจะมองว่าไม่ได้เป็นผู้เสียหายโดยตรง จึงมักทำได้แค่ลงบันทึกประจำวันและให้ความร่วมมือเรื่องหลักฐาน แต่ยิ่งเรามีหลักฐานละเอียด โอกาสถูกเข้าใจผิดว่าเกี่ยวข้องก็ยิ่งน้อยลง 4) วิธีป้องกันไม่ให้โดนซ้ำ (ใช้ได้กับขายของ/ขายตุ๊กตา Crybaby ด้วย) - ตั้งกติกาหน้าร้านชัดๆ: “ชื่อผู้โอนต้องตรงกับชื่อคนสั่งซื้อเท่านั้น” ถ้าไม่ตรงให้ยกเลิกดีล - ถ้าบอกให้คนอื่นโอนแทน ให้ส่งบัตร/หลักฐานความสัมพันธ์ + แชตสามฝ่าย (คนซื้อ-คนโอน-คนขาย) อย่างน้อยให้ยืนยันตัวตนก่อน - ถ้าเป็นนัดรับ แนะนำให้เจอนอกร้าน/จุดที่ปลอดภัย มีกล้อง และถ้าอีกฝ่ายเร่งผิดปกติให้ถอย - ก่อนขาย ลองเสิร์ชชื่อ/โปรไฟล์ในกลุ่มเตือนภัยหรือค้นคำว่า “โจร abc” เผื่อมีประวัติ สุดท้าย ถ้าใครที่โอนเงินมาแล้วคิดว่ากำลังเจอ “โจร ABC” เหมือนกัน แนะนำให้รีบรวบรวมหลักฐานแล้วแจ้งความทันที จะช่วยให้กระบวนการอายัดบัญชีและตามตัวมิจฉาชีพเดินต่อได้เร็วขึ้น และช่วยกันไม่ให้คนอื่นโดนต่อค่ะ
