ร้านอาหารเกาหลีในไทยนั้นมีเพิ่มขึ้นเยอะมากในช่วงปีหลัง ๆ แต่ร้านที่กินแล้วรู้สึกติดใจจนอยากกลับไปซ้ำหลายครั้งยังถือว่าเป็นของหายากนะครับ สำหรับประสบการณ์ของผมคือ Hongdae Station ที่สาขา The Street รัชดาเป็นร้านที่บรรยากาศดีและเมนูครบเครื่องมาก เหมือนพาเราไปนั่งกินในย่านฮงแดจริง ๆ ในเกาหลีเลย โดยเฉพาะซุปหมูเกาหลีที่นี่ นอกจากน้ำซุปจะหอมกระดูกหมูเคี่ยวจนรสชาติหวานกลมกล่อมแล้ว ตัวเครื่องเคียงที่ให้มานั้นก็จัดเต็ม ไม่ว่าจะเป็นกิมจิ หัวไชเท้า และผักสดที่ตัดเลี่ยนได้ดี ทำให้มื้อนี้รู้สึกอบอุ่นและอิ่มสบายท้องมาก ๆ อีกเมนูที่แนะนำคือชุดโคชูจังซัมกยอบชัล โดยหมูสามชั้นย่างปรุงรสด้วยโคชูจังที่มีรสเผ็ดกำลังดี เสิร์ฟกับเส้นเหนียวนุ่มและผักเคียง ทำให้มื้ออาหารมีความหลากหลายรสชาติ มีน้ำซุปร้อน ๆ เสริมเข้ามาด้านข้างด้วย เป็นเซตอาหารที่เหมาะสำหรับคนชอบอาหารเกาหลีที่ครบเครื่องและราคาไม่แพงมาก ในเรื่องของราคานั้นแม้ว่าจะมี VAT เพิ่มเข้ามา แต่สำหรับคุณภาพและปริมาณอาหารถือว่าคุ้มค่าแน่นอน เหมาะกับคนที่อยากสัมผัสรสชาติอาหารเกาหลีแท้ ๆ โดยไม่ต้องบินไปไกลถึงเกาหลี นอกจากนี้ทำเลที่ตั้งของร้านก็สะดวกมาก อยู่ในเดอะสตรีท รัชดา ซึ่งเดินทางง่ายด้วย MRT ทำให้เหมาะสำหรับนัดเจอเพื่อนหรือครอบครัวมาทานข้าวด้วยกัน โดยสรุปแล้วถ้าคุณเป็นแฟนอาหารเกาหลี หรืออยากลองเมนูที่หลากหลายในบรรยากาศเป็นกันเอง ขอแนะนำร้านนี้เลยครับ ทั้งรสชาติอร่อย เครื่องเคียงจัดเต็ม และการบริการที่อบอุ่น เป็นร้านที่ทำให้ความทรงจำเรื่องอาหารเกาหลีดี ๆ อยู่ใกล้ตัวเรามากขึ้นจริง ๆ
