Tempered.Co: Beautiful Cafe Loft Style in the Heart of Bangkok✨
Today, Ploy brought me to Chill at the cafe in the district of Prajit, in the heart of the BMA, and the feed is very good.
The name of the store is "Tempered Co." The loft decoration shop is very Korean-themed. It is a tenement. The zone of the store is two floors. It is very chic. There are a lot of beautiful corners to take pictures. The Signature corner of the store is the pool corner. In front of our seat, you can see green trees alternating with high-rise buildings. Ploy likes it the most...His shop has been open for a while, but Ploy has just gone, so not many people can sit chill for a long time. 🤭
Not to mention is that the shop is the opening of the first cocoa roaster or The first Thai Cacao Roastery in Thailand. The highlight is the chocolat and croissant. But today, Ploy wants to eat coffee, so order a mocha menu, which is delicious. Eat with ham cheese croissant + good view is the best combination. Very recommended. 😍

ถ้าใครกำลังหา “ร้านกาแฟกระจกสวยๆ” ในกรุงเทพที่แสงดีและถ่ายรูปออกมาดูคลีนๆ แบบมินิมอล (แต่ยังเท่แบบลอฟท์) เราว่า Tempered.Co ตอบโจทย์มากค่ะ เพราะตัวร้านเป็นตึกแถว 2 ชั้นที่ทำกระจกบานใหญ่หลายมุม แสงธรรมชาติเข้ามาสวย โดยเฉพาะช่วงสายๆ ถึงบ่ายต้นๆ ถ่ายรูปแล้วผิวละมุน ไม่ต้องแต่งเยอะเลย มุมที่เราชอบที่สุดคือโซนที่นั่งริมสระน้ำ เป็นที่นั่งคอนกรีตเรียบๆ ได้ฟีลมินิมอลคาเฟ่ แต่พอมีกระจก+เงาสะท้อนน้ำทำให้ภาพดูแพงขึ้นทันที ถ้าอยากได้รูป “คาเฟ่กระจก” แบบเห็นต้นไม้เขียวๆ ตัดกับตึกสูง แนะนำให้นั่งฝั่งที่หันออกไปทางกระจก จะได้ฉากหลังเป็นวิวเมืองแบบใจกลางกรุงเทพฯ พอดี อีกอย่างที่น่าดูสำหรับคนชอบส่องดีไซน์ร้านคือ “เคาน์เตอร์ร้านกาแฟมินิมอล” ของที่นี่ค่ะ เคาน์เตอร์จะเป็นเส้นสายเรียบๆ โทนคุม ไม่รกตา เข้ากับผนังปูนเปลือยและกระจก ทำให้ทั้งร้านดูโปร่ง ถ้าใครกำลังหาไอเดียแต่งร้านหรือกำลังออกแบบคาเฟ่เล็กๆ เราว่าลองสังเกตการจัดวางบาร์ เครื่องชง และพื้นที่ยืนสั่ง จะเห็นเลยว่าเค้าทำให้ดูโล่ง แต่ใช้งานจริงได้ดี ส่วนใครสนใจฟีล “แบบบ้านกึ่งร้านกาแฟ 2 ชั้น” ที่นี่ก็ให้ภาพจำประมาณนั้นเลยค่ะ ชั้นล่างจะเป็นโซนนั่งชิลและบาร์เครื่องดื่ม ส่วนชั้นบนจะเงียบขึ้น นั่งทำงานหรือคุยเบาๆ ได้สบายๆ (วันคนไม่เยอะคือได้รูปมุมกระจกแบบไม่ติดคนง่ายมาก) เราแนะนำให้เดินดูทั้งสองชั้นก่อนค่อยเลือกที่นั่ง จะได้เลือกมุมที่เข้ากับสไตล์รูปที่อยากได้ เรื่องเมนู ถ้ามาแล้วอยากให้เข้าธีม “ช็อกโกแลต/โกโก้” ของร้าน ลองสั่งเครื่องดื่มสายโกโก้หรือมอคค่าแบบเราก็เข้ากันดีมาก แล้วจับคู่กับครัวซองต์คืออิ่มกำลังดี ยิ่งถ้าเจอโปรจับคู่เครื่องดื่ม+ขนม ลดได้ประมาณ 40–50 บาท ถือว่าคุ้มค่ะ ทริคเล็กๆ สำหรับมือใหม่ถ่ายรูป: ถ้าอยากได้รูปคาเฟ่กระจกสวยๆ ให้ลองถ่ายมุมเฉียงให้เห็นเส้นกระจกยาวๆ และสะท้อนแสงบนพื้นกระเบื้อง หรือวางกาแฟกับครัวซองต์บนถาดริมสระน้ำแล้วกดจากมุมบน รูปจะดูคลีนและเล่าเรื่องบรรยากาศได้ดีมากค่ะ
