Viral Trader Joe’s Dumplings (on the stove)

Finally got around to making these Viral Trader Joe’s Dumplings/Potstickers. All the recipes I saw were made in the oven, and I just thought texture wise I wouldn’t like all my food that slippery. So I made it on the stove. I really liked it. If you’ve tried it, what did you think? The spinach really set that thang off 😋

3/4 bottle of Thai Style Red Curry Sauce

3 tbsp Soyaki

1 cup Coconut Milk

3 cups spinach

4 cloves minced garlic

Optional but not really lol (chili crunch and green onions)
