This was the #1 thing I bought that helped me kick off my fitness routine and now it’s a wardrobe essential.

This is my FitBit Versa 4. I bought it for about $150 on Amazon. A little steep, but it’s made all the difference.

I use the app to track my food intake, exercise and am looking at the tracker often to see what I still need to do to hit my goals.
