「アピュー プランパー 痛さ」で検索している人向けに、私が実際に使って感じた“刺激の出方”と、痛く感じにくくするコツを補足します。 まず、A’pieu（アピュー）のジューシーパン リッププランパーは、いわゆる“ヒリヒリで我慢する系”というより、清涼感が前に出るタイプに感じました。塗ってすぐはミントガムみたいにスースーして、数分で落ち着く印象。私は不快な痛みはほとんどなく、むしろ「冷たくて気持ちいい寄り」でした。ただ、唇のコンディションによっては刺激を強く感じることがあるので、以下に当てはまる日は注意が必要です。 ・唇が荒れている／皮むけしている ・リップスクラブ直後 ・口角が切れている ・乾燥が強い季節でガサガサ 痛さ（刺激）を減らしたいときの使い方は、私はこの手順がいちばん安定しました。 1) 先に保湿：ワセリンやリップクリームを薄く仕込む（厚塗りはヨレやすいので薄め） 2) 量を控えめに：いきなり全体にたっぷり塗らず、まずは中央だけ 3) 時間差で重ねる：スースー感を確認してから、足りなければ輪郭側へ 「痛いかも」と不安な人は、夜のケア用ではなく日中のメイクで短時間から試すのもおすすめです。私は外出前に薄くのせて様子見→問題なければツヤ足しに重ねる、という使い方をしています。 あと、色選びでも体感が変わることがありました。3色はどれもベースカラーを邪魔しにくい透明感系ですが、ラメ入り（STORM syrup）みたいに“見た目の主張”があると塗りすぎやすいので、結果的に刺激を強く感じる人もいるかも。最初は薄づきで調整しやすいBLOSSOM syrupから試すと安心です。 最後に、刺激が「痛い」ではなく「かゆい・赤くなる・腫れる」方向に出る場合は、清涼成分などが合っていない可能性もあるので、すぐオフして様子を見るのが安全。私はスースー感が大丈夫だったので、縦ジワが目立ちにくくなって、ちゅるんとしたツヤを足したい日に出番が多いアイテムになりました。
