ungatekeeping my fav mookata place in jb!! Ever since I've discovered this place I've gone probably >10x in the past few months. I've brought my friends & family here multiple times and they all said that they really enjoyed it :)
🔥 WHAT I LIKE 🔥
✅ AFFORDABLE! went with friends recently and the total came up to 118RM for 4 ppl total (~SGD34.70)
✅ OUTDOOR seating & AMBIENT lighting :) (see slide 3) Great for photos and usually there's a cooling breeze ✨ they also play some background music in the back so it's quite vibey! (there's also indoor seating options tho)
✅ OPEN LATE till 1am! Perfect for late night supper runs :)
✅ DELICIOUS & filling! I LOVE the sliced pork dipped in their chilli sauce & the thai milk tea 😩 I get withdrawal cravings a few days after everytime.. satisfied each time!!
✅ the surrounding area (taman nusa bestari) has SO MANY other dessert/food options - theres boba, starbucks, bak kut teh, kopitiam food, convenience stores, etc.. let me know if you want a detailed review of the shophouses around this area 🫣

🔥 THINGS TO NOTE 🔥
❗️it's far from Woodlands checkpoint but it's pretty close to Tuas Checkpoint (bukit indah area, if you're familiar)
❗️sometimes you may be approached by people trying to sell pens/tissue while you're there - if you aren't comfortable, just tell them no!
❗️they accept cash/card/tng ewallet payment!
❗️they have tissue in the toilet 😅 idk it's just a detail I thought I would add HAHAHAHAH
❗️INSIDER TIP: Sometimes the aunty down the road comes up to you to sell otak-otak (fish or prawn) & it's not bad! You should definitely try some if you're a otak-otak fan 🫣
