Writers brain at 12am🍵

... Read moreThe creative process often takes on a different dimension during the quiet hours of the night. As writers, many find that inspiration strikes when others are asleep. This article taps into the unique mindset of late-night brainstorming, revealing how the stillness surrounding midnight allows for deeper focus and free thought. Writer’s brain often becomes a canvas painted with existential queries, random ideas, and heartfelt prose. This dynamic urges a reflective state where emotions flow freely, enabling writers to articulate feelings they may not typically express during the bustle of the day. Engaging in writing during these late hours not only nurtures creativity but also builds a sense of community among those who share similar experiences. The #writersoflemon8 and #writingvibes forums mentioned in the article serve as a platform for writers to connect, share their thoughts, and inspire each other through shared creativity. The spontaneous nature of this late-night writing is akin to a prompt, where individuals can finish the statement “I can only say…” and explore their thoughts on paper, ultimately leading to personal growth and enhanced storytelling abilities. Whether you’re a seasoned writer or just starting, tapping into these moments can unlock profound insights. It encourages maintaining a flexible mindset where ideas are not judged, but rather explored—allowing writers to embrace the unpredictable nature of creativity. So grab your favorite beverage, write into the night, and witness how this ritual can transform your creative journey!

“I can only say what they want me to say” The person suddenly became quiet but then spoke up again. “I can only do what they wish for me to do. I maybe say too much or else they will come from me, and put in that box.. that damn box..” “What box? Do you need help” “They don’t request for your services, they only request that you listen and do what you’re told. Otherwise much more can happen besides the box” “What else happens. ‘They’ sound like horrible people-“ “DONT TALK ABOUT THEM, they will come for you.. make you regret every word u ever uttered in your damn mouth. And they take..” The voice began to whimper and shout in fear. “And they take as a lesson to respect and obey, they teach you to fear the unknown and to not question their knowledge” The voice began to scream, crying at the same shouting one line. “COME BACK. COME BACK!! THE WONT LEAVE ME, COME BACK MAMA PLEASE, DONT SELL ME TO THEM-“ Soon the line cut off, the man on the other end tried to connect back but it wasn’t available anymore. It was almost as if “They” had found out.
