New hot pot spot in Austin

@oldalleyhotpothouston just opened, and I would honestly say it is the best hot pot spot in town. The broths were incredibly rich, and the beef tallow had that deep, authentic Sichuan flavor. The decor was stunning, and you can tell they put a lot of thought into the ambiance and small details.
