ELECTRICALWORK

THE MOST EXPENSIVE WORK NOBODY WARNS US ABOUT.

As a BTO owner, surely you know how the electrical points in our house is not enough or not to our liking. or worst, the alignment of dining light is not straight. so we had to do some adjustments here and there.

To our surprised, we were quoted 3K from our ID & about 2K from random electrician company.(3 room bto)

Luckily, we explored more options & we found our electrician uncle, has great reviews on his profile!

Rating /⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ : reason being? affordable & honest. He provides us with knowledge we didn’t even knew we need 😅 He go extra miles to help in areas you are not expertise in.

If you need his contact : comment down “electrician”

... Read moreWhen upgrading or adjusting your BTO electrical wiring, it's crucial to have a clear plan that suits your lifestyle and safety standards. Many overlook the importance of designing a thoughtful BTO electrical plan that anticipates future needs like additional outlets or lighting fixtures. Finding a reliable electrician in Singapore can be challenging, given varied pricing and certification statuses. From my experience, always look for HDB certified electricians to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Checking reviews and ratings can help avoid inflated quotes; a good electrician offers transparency and shares valuable advice beyond just installation. Regarding costs, an electrician Singapore price list can vary widely depending on complexity, but affordable electrical services do exist. Don’t hesitate to request multiple quotes and clarify the scope. Sometimes, independent electricians can provide more honest and cost-effective solutions compared to interior designers' bundled quotes, as I found. Finally, emphasize communication: a good electrician will explain what you need and potential challenges, helping you avoid surprises. Planning ahead, choosing the right professional, and understanding pricing will make your BTO electrical wiring project smoother and more budget-friendly.
