Even though we worked on completely different things, being in the same space brought a noticeable energy boost and a sense of accountability. It’s not just about physical proximity, but the emotional and psychological lift from being surrounded by others who understand the entrepreneurial grind. This shared experience diminishes loneliness and helps sustain motivation on those difficult days. In my experience building a women’s wellness brand, balancing vision holding with the practical steps like managing submissions, team meetings, and decision-making processes can feel overwhelming. But the support system and disciplined approach transform what starts as a solo journey into a collaborative and enriching growth process.
