私が行ったのは「中国菜館 江山楼 中華街新館」。検索だと“店内”や“外観”が気になる人が多いと思うので、初めてでもイメージしやすいポイントを補足します。 まず外観。入口は赤い柱が目印で、中華街らしい雰囲気が強め。前を通るだけでも「ここが江山楼か〜」と分かりやすいです。中に入ると一気に“ザ・中華”な空気で、円卓が並ぶ店内がにぎやか。友達同士や家族、観光グループで来ている人も多くて、ワイワイ食べたい時にぴったりでした。 待ち時間については、平日でも並ぶことがある印象。私の時も待ちが出ていましたが、料理提供が比較的スムーズで回転は早めでした。「長崎中華街でサクッと名店に行きたい」人は、ランチのピーク（12時前後）を少しずらすのが安心です。 メニュー選びで外しにくいのは、やっぱり名物の皿うどん。江山楼の“皿うどん 太麺”は、もちもち食感が主役で、野菜や海鮮のあんがしっかり絡むタイプ。細麺のパリパリも好きだけど、初訪問なら太麺を一度試してほしいです。量もしっかりあるので、他の料理も頼むならシェア前提が◎。 エビマヨは、ぷりぷりの大きめ海老が印象的で満足度高め。ビール（私はキリン一番搾り）と合わせると一気にご褒美感が出ます。黒炒飯は想像以上にボリュームがあることが多いので、2人以上での注文が安全。「江山楼 メニュー 値段」が気になる人は、皿うどん（太麺）・エビマヨ・炒飯あたりを目安に予算を組むとイメージしやすいと思います。 まとめると、江山楼 中華街新館は“外観が分かりやすい＋店内が観光気分を上げてくれる＋皿うどん太麺が鉄板”。長崎中華街でどこに入るか迷った時の、失敗しにくい一軒です。
