私が行って「ここ、ジン好きにはたまらない…！」と思ったポイントを、初めて行く方向けにもう少し具体的にまとめます。 まず目に入るのが、カウンター背面にずらっと並ぶジンボトル。70〜80種類くらいあるそうで、海外の定番ジンから日本のクラフトジンまで幅広い印象でした。ボトルが見えるだけでテンションが上がるので、ジンボトルを眺めながらゆっくり飲みたい人にも向いてます。 注文のコツは、メニューを眺めて迷ったら「甘め/すっきり」「柑橘が好き」「ハーブ感強めがいい」みたいに好みを一言伝えること。私はフルーツ系が好きなので、シトラス・フルーティー寄りで相談したら、香りが華やかなジンカクテルを提案してもらえて飲みやすかったです。ジンって強いイメージがあるけど、割り方や合わせる素材で印象が変わるので“居酒屋でとりあえずジンソーダ”しか飲んだことない人にもおすすめ。 ボトルで印象に残ったのは、BOBBY’S GINやNORDES GINみたいな個性派系。香りや余韻が違うので、2杯目以降に「さっきと方向性変えたい」と言うと、また別の世界が楽しめました。日本のジンも選択肢に入ってくるので、“京都でクラフトジンが飲める店”を探している人にはぴったりだと思います。 おつまみも想像以上にしっかりしていて、お酒に合う濃いめの味付けが多め。小皿でちょこちょこ頼めるのが嬉しかったです（軽くつまみたい日でも満足感あり）。海老×レモンみたいな爽やか系のアテは、ジンのボタニカル感と相性が良くておすすめ。 雰囲気は落ち着いていて、照明も程よく暗め。女子会はもちろん、会話メインのデートにも使いやすい空気感でした。京都駅から徒歩圏内＆京阪七条駅からすぐなので、観光終わりに1杯だけ…もやりやすいです。 行く前のプチ注意点：夜は人気が出やすいので、確実に座りたい日は早めの時間か事前確認が安心。モーニング/ランチ営業もあるみたいなので、次は昼に“軽く1杯”も試してみたいと思ってます。
