Googleで「五十棲 メニュー」と調べてる人向けに、私が行った“裏五十棲（ウライソ）”のメニューの仕組みをもう少し詳しくまとめます。 まず結論から言うと、メニューは基本的に「おまかせコース一択」でした。アラカルトはなく、予約した時点で「飲み放題込み8000円コース」を食べる前提。なので“何を頼もう？”と迷うというより、“今日は何が出るんだろう？”のワクワクを楽しむタイプのお店です。五十棲系列＝お野菜が強い印象でしたが、ここも期待通りで、最初から最後まで野菜が主役級に出てきました。 コース内容は日によって変わると思うけど、私の日は「料理全20品」の言葉通り、少量ずついろいろ。たとえば、茄子の揚げ浸し、ホワイトコーンと生ハム、空芯菜、ルッコラのしゃぶしゃぶ、ケールの揚げ浸しみたいに、野菜の食感や味付けが被らないのが嬉しかったです。しかも鱧の焼き霜造りや鮎の炭焼き、国産牛の一品もあって“居酒屋以上、割烹未満”って表現がしっくりきました。 〆も強くて、土鍋ご飯が出たあとに、万願寺唐辛子と穴子の新生姜ご飯みたいな季節感のあるご飯もの、さらにベジブロスのスパイスカレーまで。デザートも甘夏と生姜のソルベ、黒豆ジェラートなど複数出てきて、最後まで満足度が高かったです。 飲み放題メニューは、生ビール・ハイボール・サワー・ソフトドリンクなど一通り揃っていて、ここが“コスパ良すぎ”と感じたポイント。日本酒など一部は別料金の記載があったので、お酒をしっかり飲みたい人は当日スタッフさんに範囲を確認すると安心です。 注意点は、住所も電話番号も非公開で、予約サイトにちょっとした仕掛けがあること。初見だと戸惑いやすいので、予約導線は落ち着いてチェックするのがおすすめです。二部制（17:00- / 20:00-）なので、ゆっくり食べたい人は時間に余裕を持って予定を組むと楽しめます。
