「すだち お酒」で探してる人に伝えたいのは、すだちって“揚げ物や脂のある魚”を最後までおいしく食べさせてくれる名脇役だということ。私は立ち飲みだと、最初の一杯をだいたい「すだちサワー」にします。口当たりが軽くて、次に頼むおつまみの幅が一気に広がるんですよね。 例えば、ブリの塩タタキみたいに脂がのったお刺身。ここに柑橘のキレがあると、後味がすっと切れて、もう一切れ…って進みます。鱧の焼霜造りみたいな上品系にも合うし、雲子の天ぷらのようにクリーミーな揚げ物にも相性◎。途中でハムカツやポテトサラダを挟んでも、すだちの酸味がリセットしてくれるから、食べ疲れしにくいのも好きなところです。 すだちのお酒選びで迷ったら、私はこの順番が多いです。 ・最初：すだちサワー（軽くスタートして、海鮮も揚げ物も受け止められる） ・寒い日：すだち×熱燗（熱燗を一口飲んで、すだちで香りを締めると体がほぐれる感じ） ・締め前：すだちハイ（甘さ控えめで、最後まで食事向き） ※お店によって名前が違うので「すだちサワー/すだち酎ハイ」あたりで聞くと通じやすいです。 あと、すだち系は“濃い味のおつまみ”にも強いので、「やめられんきゅうり」みたいな箸休めや、せせり焼きの脂にもぴったり。立ち飲みってテンポよく頼む分、味が濃いものが続きがちだけど、すだちがあるとバランスが取りやすいです。 コッペ蟹の季節（11〜12月）に行くなら、すだちのお酒を片手にまずはそのまま（できれば三杯酢）→少し身を残して蟹炒飯、が個人的に満足度高めコース。待ちが出やすい時期なので、体感としては早め到着＆一杯目はすだちでさっぱり入るのがおすすめでした。
