Read more「かわしまcafeおあしす」のレビューとして、私が行ってみて分かりやすかった“頼み方”と“メニューの見え方”を補足します。結論、土日限定のワンプレートビュッフェは「朝から野菜もタンパク質も取りたい」「自分の量に合わせて食べたい」人にかなり向いてました。 まず注文の流れは、基本はドリンクを選んで、そこに＋料金でワンプレートビュッフェを付けるイメージ。私はシンプルセット（ドリンク代＋580円）にしました。パン皿・サラダ皿・ヨーグルト小鉢が“基本セット”として分かれているので、盛り放題でもぐちゃっとしにくいのが良かったです。ワンプレートは「平皿で盛り放題」スタイルで、食べられる分だけ盛るルール感。欲張りたくなるけど、最初は控えめ→足りなければおかわり、が満足度高かったです。 ビュッフェの内容は日によって前後すると思いますが、私が嬉しかったのは“野菜だけじゃなくタンパク質もとれちゃう”ところ。モーニングってパンとコーヒーだけになりがちなのに、ここはちゃんと「食事した感」が出ます。身体に優しい系の味付けで、朝から重すぎないのもポイントでした。 名物っぽいのが、ポンデケージョの「ポンデクマ」。見た目がかわいいだけじゃなく、ほんのりチーズでもちもち。そのままだと塩っ気があるので、味変ではちみつをかけると甘じょっぱくて止まりませんでした。 パン好きなら十五穀パンもおすすめ。トースターで温められて、外サクッと食感が出ます。私は野菜とチキンを挟んで即席サンドにしました。こういう“自分好みに組み立てられる”のがワンプレートビュッフェの楽しさだと思います。 ドリンクはリッチカフェオレ（780円）を頼んだら、クマドリンク風のかわいいビジュでテンション上がりました。もう一つ気になったのが、紅茶・ハーブティー90分飲み放題（990円）。香りが良くて、冷房で冷えた身体がじんわり癒される感じ。何を選べばいいか迷ってもスタッフさんが提案してくれるので安心でした。 あと、ここは“お茶目な店主さんが鶏の散歩をしてる”こともあるみたいで、運が良いと見れるかも。モーニング後は近くのオアシスパークに寄れるので、半日プランにも組み込みやすかったです。 「go to イートで各務原のイタリアンを探してる」人だとジャンル違いに見えるかもですが、外食で“しっかり朝ごはん”を探しているなら、かわしまcafeおあしすは選択肢としてかなりアリでした。行くなら土日のモーニング時間（8:00-11:30）狙いがおすすめです。
