2月の東京は「寒い＝外に出たくない」ってなりがちだけど、実際は“涼しい（寒すぎない）室内デート”と“面白い季節イベント”が一気に増える月。観光でもデートでも動きやすいように、私が意識してる回り方のコツをまとめます。 まず、寒い日の鉄板は「室内×写真映え×移動がラク」の組み合わせ。たとえば銀座のアートアクアリウムみたいに、金魚と花の展示は室内で暖かいし、照明が綺麗で短時間でも満足度高め。上着を預けられる施設も多いので、厚着しすぎた日はコインロッカーの有無を先にチェックしておくと快適です。 次に「面白いデートスポット」を探してるなら、2月は“行事系イベント”が強い。ソラマチの節分みたいに季節の空気を感じられるイベントは、会話のネタが自然に増えるのが良いところ。人が多い日は、イベント→カフェ→展望やショッピング、みたいに室内へ逃げられる動線を作っておくと疲れにくいです。 2月東京観光で外も楽しみたいなら、梅のタイミングを狙うのがおすすめ。小石川後楽園の梅まつりは“ちょっと早い春”が感じられて、大人っぽいデートにぴったり。歩く時間が増えるので、足元はスニーカー寄りにして、寒さ対策は「手袋＋首元（マフラー）」を優先すると体感が全然違います。 甘いもの好きカップルには、伊勢丹新宿のサロン・デュ・ショコラがバレンタイン前後の定番。人気商品は売り切れや待ち時間が出やすいので、欲しいブランドを事前に決めて“買う→近くでお茶→戦利品を一緒に開封”までをセットにすると、ただ並ぶだけで終わらなくて満足度が上がります。 最後に、屋外で冬っぽさを満喫したいならミッドタウンのアイススケート。昼は開放感、夜はライトアップで雰囲気が変わるので、同じ場所でも「時間帯」で選ぶのもあり。滑る前後に温かいドリンクを挟むと、寒さが苦手でも意外と楽しめます。 この7つを軸に、「室内（アート・花・チョコ）」と「季節イベント（節分・梅・スケート）」を組み合わせると、2月の東京デートはむしろ当たり月。予定が決まらない日は、“室内1つ＋季節もの1つ”の2本立てで組むのがいちばん失敗しにくいです。
