Cinnamon Apple Rolls

Shopping List:

1 can (8-ounce) refrigerated crescent roll dough

2 tablespoons salted butter, melted

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1 medium-sized apple diced fine

Optional: 2 tablespoons finely crushed pecan or another nut you prefer

For the Glaze:

1/2 cup of powdered sugar mixed with 1 tablespoon milk and a pinch of cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix the cinnamon, sugar and apples together in a bowl and set aside.

Unroll the dough.

Brush each one with butter.

Using a teaspoon top the buttery dough with the cinnamon mixture.

Roll them up.

Place them seam-side down.

Bake between 10 and 12 minutes or until golden brown.
