Also, with social media playing a big role nowadays, disrespect in public, like mocking or ignoring your presence online, can be just as harmful as it is offline. Learning to trust your instincts when emotional manipulation appears is key; your feelings are valid and should never be twisted. Remember, you deserve honesty, consistency, and freedom in love.
