It's a book that explains English grammar in English, but it's not that difficult to write, and the subtle nuances are easy to understand 🙆♀️

私が遠回りして気づいたのは、「英語を話せるようになる」ためには“知識を増やす”だけじゃなく、“使う練習”を毎日ちょっとでも入れるのが近道ということでした。ここでは、ノート（Campus）と付箋で回しやすかったやり方を、もう少し具体的に書きます。 1）ロードマップの作り方（迷子にならない工夫） 最初にA4やノート1ページに、#01〜#06みたいに段階を書きます。私は「単語・文法→例文で口慣らし→発音とリズム→独り言→メモから文章→息抜き（洋楽）」の順にしました。ポイントは“同時に全部やらない”こと。今週は#02を厚め、疲れた日は#06だけ、みたいに強弱をつけると続きました。 2）音読・スピーキングを習慣化するミニルール ・音読は「1回完璧」より「毎日30秒」：本文3文だけでもOKにするとハードルが下がります。 ・録音して聞き返す：自分の癖（語尾が落ちる、速すぎる等）が見えます。 ・Siri/音声入力で発音チェック：通じない単語が可視化されて、直すポイントが明確になります。 3）お風呂独り言（#04）を“伸びる形”にするコツ ただ話すだけだと同じ表現しか出なくなるので、私はテンプレを決めました。 例）Today I … / I felt … because … / Next time I will … この3本立てにすると、感情・理由・改善まで言う練習になって、会話で使える文が増えました。 4）多読 英語 アプリを使うなら（挫折しない選び方） 多読は「読むだけで話せる」ではないけど、語彙と自然な言い回しのストックが増えるので相性は良いです。私が意識しているのは、①音声付きで“聞き読み”できる、②レベル分けがある、③知らない単語を単語帳化できる、の3点。読んだ後に“気に入った1文を付箋に書いて音読”までやると、スピーキングに繋がりやすかったです。 5）「おり英語」が気になる人向け：真似するなら“型”だけ拝借 学習法の発信は人によって合う合わないがあるので、私は「時間配分」「回数」「アウトプットの仕組み」みたいな“型”だけ参考にして、自分の生活に合わせて調整しました。例えば、平日は音読3分＋独り言2分、休日にまとめて発音の復習、みたいに現実的な形に落とすのが続くコツでした。 最後に、ロードマップは一度作って終わりじゃなくて、2週間ごとに「話せなかった場面」をメモして順番を入れ替えるのがおすすめです。小さく回すほど、手応えが出やすいです。
