หลังจากลอง “แอพแม่บ้าน” ครั้งแรกแล้ว สิ่งที่อยากแชร์เพิ่มสำหรับคนที่ยังลังเล (โดยเฉพาะคนที่กังวลเรื่องความไว้ใจ/อยากได้งานเนี๊ยบแบบห้องนอนและห้องน้ำ) คือการเตรียมตัวก่อนเรียกแม่บ้าน จะช่วยให้ 2 ชั่วโมงคุ้มขึ้นมาก และลดความ “ขี้เหงา/เกร็ง” เวลาอยู่บ้านคนเดียวกับคนแปลกหน้าได้ด้วย 1) ก่อนกดจอง: ลิสต์งานให้ชัดว่าอยากได้อะไร ถ้าพื้นที่หลักคือ “ห้องนอน” แนะนำลิสต์แบบเป็นจุดๆ เช่น เปลี่ยนผ้าปู/จัดเตียงให้ตึง, เช็ดฝุ่นกรอบรูป-หัวเตียง-ขอบหน้าต่าง, ดูดฝุ่นใต้เตียง (ถ้าให้เลื่อนได้), เช็ดกระจกด้านใน/ด้านนอกเท่าที่ทำได้ พอลิสต์ชัด แม่บ้านจะจัดลำดับเวลาได้ดีขึ้นและเราก็ไม่ต้องคอยเดินบอกตลอดเวลา 2) เทคนิคเขียนโน้ตในแอพให้ได้งานตรงใจ สิ่งที่เราชอบคือสามารถ “เขียนโน้ต” ได้ ลองพิมพ์ให้ละเอียดขึ้นอีกนิด เช่น - ขอเน้นรางประตูห้องน้ำ/ซอกพื้น/ขอบชักโครก (จุดที่ดูสะอาดตาแต่จริงๆ สะสมคราบ) - บ้านมีเครื่องแก้ว/กรอบรูปหลายชิ้น ขอเช็ดเบามือ - ขอให้เริ่มจากห้องนอนก่อน แล้วค่อยห้องน้ำ/ห้องนั่งเล่น โน้ตชัดๆ จะลดการสื่อสารซ้ำ และกันพลาดงานสำคัญ 3) อยู่บ้านยังไงให้สบายใจ (สำหรับคนที่รู้สึก “แม่บ้านขี้เหงา”/เราเองก็เกร็ง) บางคนอยู่บ้านแล้วไม่รู้จะทำตัวอะไร กลัวรบกวนเขาทำงาน วิธีที่เราใช้คืออยู่ในอีกห้องหนึ่ง ทำงาน/ดูซีรีส์เบาๆ และเตรียมน้ำเปล่าไว้ให้ 1 ขวด ถ้าต้องเดินผ่านกันบ่อยๆ แค่ทักทายสั้นๆ แล้วปล่อยให้เขาโฟกัสงานก็พอ เรารู้สึกว่าบรรยากาศจะไม่อึดอัดทั้งสองฝ่าย 4) เช็กลิสต์ก่อน-หลัง เพื่อให้เห็นความคุ้ม ก่อนเริ่มงาน ลองถ่าย “Before” จุดที่เราอยากเน้น (เช่น รางประตูห้องน้ำ คราบตามซอกพื้น กระจกหน้าต่าง) พอเสร็จแล้วเทียบ “After” จะเห็นความต่างชัดมาก และใช้เป็นโน้ตให้รอบถัดไปได้ด้วยว่าอยากให้เพิ่ม/ลดอะไร 5) ถ้าพื้นที่เยอะ แนะนำเลือกเวลาให้พอดี 2 ชั่วโมงเหมาะกับคอนโด/ห้องไม่ใหญ่มาก หรือเน้นทำเป็นโซนๆ ถ้าบ้านหลายห้องหรืออยากได้บิ๊กคลีนนิ่งจริงจัง (รวมพวกคราบฝังแน่น) อาจต้องเพิ่มชั่วโมง หรือแบ่งงานเป็น 2 รอบ จะไม่เร่งจนคุณภาพตก สรุปจากประสบการณ์เรา: ถ้าสื่อสารงานให้ชัด + โฟกัสจุดสำคัญอย่างห้องนอน/ห้องน้ำ แอพแม่บ้านช่วยประหยัดแรงและเวลาได้มาก โดยเฉพาะวันที่หมดไฟทำงานบ้านจริงๆ ค่ะ
