A few things I realized on my 44th bday…
This past birthday was my 44th and it was by far the best and most intentional one yet.
I’m grateful to have made it through another year, but I definitely had it made up in my mind that to change all the things that year 43 had brought me.
Between all the thinking and writing down my list of changes there were 3 big things I realized:
•I am beautiful and it’s a blessing I don’t look like what I’ve been through.
•I deserve all the great things life has to offer.
•Having the right family and friends in your corner is a life saver.
I set my intentions and things have already started to change right before my eyes. Ask and you shall receive right?

Turning 44 is not just another year; it's a chance to embrace who we truly are and reflect on what matters most in life. As I celebrate this milestone, I want to share my insights that may resonate with others nearing or surpassing this age. It’s a pivotal time to appreciate our journey and recognize our worth. One of the biggest lessons I've learned is the importance of inner beauty. We often judge ourselves based on our past struggles, yet it's crucial to acknowledge that these experiences have shaped us into resilient individuals. It's a blessing to realize that despite our hardships, we still possess a beauty that shines through. Moreover, self-worth plays a vital role in our happiness. It took me a while to understand that I deserve all the wonderful things life has to offer. We often put others first and forget to take care of ourselves. Now, I remind myself daily that prioritizing my well-being is essential. It’s okay to be selfish sometimes, especially when it comes to self-care and personal growth. Lastly, having the right support system — friends and family — can make all the difference. The love and encouragement from those around us can uplift our spirits. Surrounding ourselves with positive relationships is key to thriving. I’m grateful for the amazing people in my life who have stood by me through thick and thin. As I embark on this new chapter, I set intentions for love, growth, and adventure. I invite everyone to embrace their unique path and recognize their worth as they age.
