ถ้าคีย์เวิร์ดที่ค้นคือ “กันแดด ผู้ชาย” ส่วนใหญ่จะติดอยู่ 3 อย่าง: กลัวเหนียว กลัวมัน และกลัวสิวขึ้น เราเลยอยากสรุปวิธีเลือก+วิธีทาที่ทำให้ผู้ชายหลายคนยอมเริ่มทาได้จริง (แบบไม่รู้สึกว่าดูแลตัวเองยุ่งยาก) 1) เลือกเนื้อกันแดดให้ตรงนิสัยผิว (ช่วยให้ไม่รำคาญ) - ผิวมัน/เป็นสิวง่าย: มองหาคำว่า Oil Control, Dry Touch, Non-comedogenic จะช่วยลดโอกาสอุดตันและความมันระหว่างวัน - เหงื่อเยอะ/ทำงานกลางแจ้ง/ไปทะเล: เลือกแบบกันน้ำกันเหงื่อ (Water resistant) จะติดผิวดีขึ้น ไม่ไหลเป็นคราบ - มือใหม่/ไม่ชอบความรู้สึกหนักหน้า: เลือกเนื้อเจล-น้ำ หรือแนวซึมไว จะทำให้ “ทาแล้วลืม” ง่ายที่สุด 2) สเปกที่ควรมีสำหรับแดดไทย อย่างน้อย SPF 50+ และ PA+++ (ถ้าได้ PA++++ ยิ่งดี) เพราะเราเจอทั้ง UVA/UVB ทุกวัน โดยเฉพาะคนขับรถ/นั่งริมหน้าต่างก็โดน UVA ได้เหมือนกัน 3) ปริมาณที่ถูกต้อง (ส่วนที่ทำให้กันแดดเวิร์กจริง) หลายคนทานิดเดียวแล้วบอกว่าไม่เห็นช่วย แนะนำให้ใช้ประมาณ 2 ข้อนิ้วสำหรับหน้าและคอ (หรือกะให้เคลือบผิวบางๆ ทั่วหน้าแบบไม่กั๊ก) แล้วรอเซ็ตตัว 2-3 นาทีค่อยออกแดด/แต่งหน้าหรือทาแป้ง 4) ทริค “กันสิว” ที่ผู้ชายทำตามได้ง่าย - ล้างหน้าให้สะอาดตอนเย็น โดยเฉพาะวันที่ทากันแดดกันน้ำ/กันเหงื่อ แนะนำใช้คลีนซิ่งก่อน 1 รอบ แล้วค่อยโฟมล้างหน้า - อย่าโบกหลายชั้นถ้าไม่จำเป็น: ทามอยส์เจอร์บางๆ แล้วตามด้วยกันแดดพอ ถ้าหน้ามันมากให้ข้ามครีมหนักๆ ไปเลย - ถ้ามีสิวอักเสบง่าย เลี่ยงกันแดดที่น้ำหอมแรงๆ หรือเนื้อหนักเกินไป แล้วดูรีแอคผิว 3-7 วันก่อนตัดสิน 5) ต้องทาซ้ำไหม? ถ้าอยู่ห้องแอร์ทั้งวัน ไม่ค่อยโดนแดดจังๆ อาจทาเช้าครั้งเดียวแล้วพอไหว แต่ถ้าออกแดด เหงื่อออก หรือเช็ดหน้า แนะนำทาซ้ำทุก 2-3 ชม. (หรืออย่างน้อยก่อนออกไปข้างนอกตอนเที่ยง) 6) วิธีชวนผู้ชายให้ทาแบบเนียนๆ เราใช้วิธี “เลือกให้ตรงปัญหา” เช่น คนกลัวมันก็ให้ลองสูตรแห้งไว คนไปทะเลก็ให้สูตรกันน้ำ พอเขารู้สึกว่าหน้าไม่เหนียว ไม่เยิ้ม และสิวไม่เห่อ เขาจะยอมทาเองแบบอัตโนมัติ สรุปคือกันแดดผู้ชายไม่ต้องซับซ้อน แค่เลือกเนื้อให้ถูก ใช้ปริมาณให้พอ และล้างออกให้เกลี้ยง เท่านี้ก็ลดหมองคล้ำ จุดด่างดำ ริ้วรอย และความเสี่ยงผิวเสียจาก UV ได้แบบเห็นผลจริงในชีวิตประจำวัน
