Easiest sausage roll ever !!
I’m 57 and a self taught culinary goddess ( my grown up children can vouch for that) Two methods for adding chutney to sausage rolls. Add straight into the sausage meat , this stops the pastry being soggy. You can add directly to the pastry but just a thin layer.

On this batch I just added dry stuffing mix, paprika and chutney. But try different combos … Brie on top of the sausage meat work well 🥰
