Sometimes, when my thoughts start overthinking everything (like the slide says "VERTHINKING 101"), I remind myself to take it one step at a time. This helps reduce overwhelm and mental fatigue. If you find your brain drifting into "zZz" territory, as seen in the relatable meme moments from my experience, try integrating micro-breaks—look away from your notes every 20 minutes to stretch or blink slowly to rest your eyes. Even subtle changes in posture can refresh your focus.
