Unbreak My Heart 🎶💔
Unbreak Your Own Heart
You don’t need them to apologize.
You don’t need closure from someone who couldn’t even hold you.
This is your moment to choose you.
To gather the pieces. To anoint your wounds. To remember that even broken hearts beat with wild magic.
Best Time: Waning Moon or Friday (Venus energy)
Elemental Focus: Water + Fire
Vibe: Candlelight, soft music, incense or rose petals, your raw truth
🌹 You’ll Need:
• A pink or white candle (for self-love + healing)
• A bowl of warm salted water (to cleanse emotional residue)
• A rose quartz or moonstone (optional, for heart healing)
• Pen + paper
• A mirror
• Your favorite self-anointing oil or lotion
• A playlist that feels like "mourning turned magic"
🪄 Steps:
Set the space
Turn down the lights. Light your candle. Put on music that makes you feel, not flee. Place the bowl of salted water in front of you and sit grounded.
Heart check-in
Place your hands over your heart. Close your eyes. Say aloud:
“I honor every piece of me that’s been broken. I do not abandon myself in pain, I come closer.”
Write it out
On the paper, write a letter to your broken heart. Let it spill. Grief, rage, longing, all of it. Then, fold the paper and hold it over the candle (safely) and say:
“I release this story. I do not burn in it anymore, I rise from it.”
Burn the paper (safely) or tear it into pieces and place in the bowl of salt water. Stir it with your fingers. Let it dissolve. Let it go.
Mirror reclaiming
Stand or sit in front of the mirror. Look yourself in the eyes and repeat:
“I am not broken. I am becoming. I call back my spirit, piece by piece, breath by breath.”
Touch your heart, your cheeks, your lips. Gently anoint yourself with the oil or lotion, like you’re caring for a sacred relic, because you are.
Closing
Blow out the candle with gratitude. Pour the salt water into the earth or down the drain, saying:
“I carry the lessons. I release the pain. I belong to myself.”
🕯️ Optional Add-On:
Afterward, wrap yourself in your favorite blanket, drink a warm tea (like chamomile or rose), and journal what you felt return to you.
