for my birthday, my bf got us a staycay @ the outpost hotel. their hotel entrance is located inside a carpark, we grabbed there coz we were kinda lazy & our baggage is a lil heavy 🤣 upon entering, there’ll be hotel ushers to guide u into the lift to the reception level. the reception is quite smol however we were warmly greeted by the staffs! we took a sit while waiting for our turn & got a fruit punch-like drink served in a pineapple cup 🍍
once check-in was settled, we got a 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗴 that we can fill up with 5 snacks of our choice! this was really unique & i was pleasantly surprise, it’s a really nice touch 🤩

𝘄𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵/𝘀𝗲𝗮 𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘄𝘄𝘄!! 🌴🌊 i love full length windows so it’s perfect~ i was so excited as i’ve never gotten a hotel with such a view before! the room layout was perfect, everything else was very nice & tidy. the sink mirror is huge + a full length mirror is provided 🪞 (𝑏𝑒ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑑 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑝𝑎𝑟𝑡𝑖𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛 𝑤𝑎𝑙𝑙, 𝑛𝑒𝑎𝑟 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑐𝑜𝑓𝑓𝑒𝑒 𝑚𝑎𝑐ℎ𝑖𝑛𝑒) beside the bed, we got a smol table + sofa (𝑖𝑡 𝑤𝑎𝑠 𝑠𝑜𝑜𝑜 𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑓𝑦!) the toilet/shower is really huge as well + rain shower!! 🚿 bed was extremely soft, comfy & the TV is big enough 📺
🎂 mr said (𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑟𝑒𝑐𝑒𝑝𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛𝑖𝑠𝑡) noticed it was my birthday from my NRIC when we were checking in & told my bf that 𝗵𝗲’𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝘀 𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝗸𝗲 later on! (𝑖 𝑑𝑖𝑑𝑛’𝑡 𝑘𝑛𝑜𝑤 𝑡ℎ𝑖𝑠 𝑡𝑖𝑙 𝑤𝑒 𝑔𝑜𝑡 𝑏𝑎𝑐𝑘 𝑡𝑜 ℎ𝑜𝑡𝑒𝑙 𝐿𝑂𝐿) sooo sweet 🥹 however i got my own bento cake as well…so we ate the free cake in the morning as bfast before checking out & tbvh the cake was so good it was red velvet + cream cheese! 😋
🍹 there’s a rooftop pool bar + swiming pool 🏊🏻♀️ but we didn’t get to experience them as it was only a 2D1N stay & we had plans + had to check out next day …but hopefully we get to the next time!
it’s my first staycay in sentosa, it was an enjoyable & satisfied one! really great view & outstanding service 💯

Since the hotel is adult-only (16 years and above), it offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking tranquility. Although the hotel entrance is inside a carpark, the friendly ushers quickly guide you to the reception area, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. One of the highlights for me was the mini goodie bag you get to fill with five snacks of your choice—such a thoughtful touch that adds a bit of fun and personalization to your stay. The room itself is beautifully designed, featuring large windows with spectacular sea views that instantly boost your mood. The bathroom includes a spacious rain shower that feels luxurious after a day of exploring Sentosa. Though I didn’t get to use the rooftop pool and bar, they look fantastic for enjoying a swim or a cocktail with a view. If you stay longer, definitely make time to relax there. Also, make sure to check for any birthday surprises; they surprised me with a delicious complimentary red velvet cake which was a lovely gesture and made the occasion even more memorable. Keep in mind to pack light but bring everything you need comfortably as the entrance is from a carpark area, which might be a bit of a walk depending on your parking spot. Overall, this staycation felt like a mini-vacation away from the city, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a scenic, calm, and friendly stay in Sentosa.
