this korean-japanese cafe is not worth it…💔
tried out back in jan due to the tiktok hype! on first look from the content i consume, it looks really good especially it specializes in japanese & korean food which is my go to cuisines 🤤 also the interior aesthetic feels pretty comfy~
here’s what we got:
① premium dosirak (bf’s) ✶ 5/10 🍱
tbvh nth special as it’s looks like smth we can make @ home, there isn’t any special sauce etc + it’s v dry
② bibim guksu (mine) ✶ 6/10 🍜
not a lot of korean-inspired cafes served cold noodle so i thought i’d give it a try but turns out it’s just noodles & they didn’t try to elevate it with additional protein which i thought it was a waste. however it was a nice dish overall
③ sweet potato fries ✶ 5/10 🍟
nth special as well…just edible fries…🤡
④ dalgona honeycomb latte ✶ 8/10 🍯
this might be just the best thing tho it’s just honeycomb crumbs + milk…but it’s so yummy! 💗
unfortunately this cafe #NotForMe, overall it’s just not worth it & i can spend this amount elsewhere with even better food. it’s definitely overhyped, but if u crave comfort food i guess u can visit them 🫡
