can’t stop thinking of this cafe in bkk…🤤🫶🏻

we weren’t able to visit the flagship store as there was an ongoing event 😭 it’s a pity bc it was such a vibe, the cafe itself & surrounding was so aesthetic…hence we decided to go to centralwOrld’s outlet which is more like a restaurant~

the restaurant was brightly lit & will definitely catch your eye with their bright ass colour palette - yellow & green! + their big ass mascot at the corridor too HAHA 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘆 side track but their menu feels so aesthetic to look & read, feels like a magazine instead 📰 despite having usual cafe food, they have quite a extensive & unique ones too ✨

here’s what we got: (𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨! 𝙩𝙤𝙤 𝙡𝙖𝙯𝙮 𝙩𝙤 𝙖𝙨𝙠 𝙢𝙮 𝙛𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙨)

— egg & hen with truffle sauce ⊹ 8/10

the grilled chicken was definitely the highlight 🐓 the skin was crispy as mentioned in the description! the eggs were super creamy too 🍳

— mentaiko carbonara ⊹ 8/10

tbh there were other pastas i’d wna try but i’m sure we’ll over-order & my friends prefer mentaiko than the rest so…👀 𝐁𝐔𝐓! it was a pleasant surprise 🍝 the mentaiko was light & creamy as it should & tbh it wasn’t as jelak i expected - also bc i think we shared, idt i’ll finish if it was my main dish

— roasted crispy pork risotto ⊹ 9/10

𝐎 𝐌 𝐆 guys…say real the pork 🐖 is the 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴. so freakin crispy even tho it’s sitting on top of the risotto, which was alright (𝑠𝑡𝑖𝑙𝑙 𝑦𝑢𝑚𝑚𝑦) as i don’t eat risotto often!

— truffle & cheese sauce fries ⊹ 9/10

they were so generous w the sauces!!! it definitely got soggy towards the end but it was still yummy 🍟 decent plate of fries

— caramel butter scotch ⊹ 9/10

i forgot what my friends got, but this is what i got. i’ve a sweet tooth but this drink wasn’t too sweet, feels just right for me 🍷 my friends said it was a lil tad sweet for them tho!

— the best french toast ever ⊹ 8/10

the brioche french toast was so 𝐓𝐇𝐈𝐂𝐂𝐂 🍞 & caramelized on it’s surface. the custard topping is 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄 where they’ll add on top of the toast in front of u! 🤩 i’ll say it first - it’s heavy, especially so when the 2nd toast doesn’t really get the custard. the top toast got the most of it so u’ll have to spread evenly yourself~

— fountain chocolate cake ⊹ 10/10

this was so good 𝐔𝐆𝐇 𝐈 𝐃𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐌 𝐎𝐅 𝐈𝐓 𝐎𝐅𝐓𝐄𝐍 the best i can describe is that it feels like a tiramisu-chocolate cake. on first look - the top layer 𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊𝐒 mochi-like texture but is definitely not 😂 it’s so freakin indulgent, creamy & sinful 🍫

overall, definitely came out w a happy tummy! they do their meat so well. definitely hope to visit the flagship store & try out other dishes in the future~ it’s so freakin worth it as well for cafe standard!!! 🍽️
