Google has started having Spark (BETA) in Gemini as an AI Agent that connects to our Google ecosystem such as Gmail, Calendar, Google Profile and Workspace Search and introduces tasks that suit our context.
How to access this?
✨ Open Gemini app
✨ Press the left menu.
✨ Select Spark (BETA)
✨. Make a setup and select the data that allows the connection.
At setup, the system will gradually gather context and offer tasks. We can check or adjust the details, and then click approve the tasks and let it run. 💜
After confirming, Spark will work on the cycle we set. There is a total page to see where each task is in. Scheduled, Needs Input, In Progress and Completed are easy to find.
From the try, we like to set up the task once and let it work according to the schedule. It fits the tasks that need to be checked or summarized regularly, especially those who already use Gmail and Calendar because everything is in the same Google ecosystem.
There is a little point to know. If the Spark has to work, the usage is full. The task may not run at the set time. It is recommended to return to the Czech status periodically, especially the important task.
It's still BETA now, and it may be gradually open to each account. If you haven't seen the Spark menu, check it out in the Gemini app again later.
