New York: 1-Hour Drive for This Milk Tofu Pudding!

📍 Ottoyee Japanese Cuisine(Sushi&Ramen)

Took a little road trip to Edison with my girlfriend and boyfriend just to try this new Japanese restaurant! Originally, the drive was supposed to take 1 hour, but thanks to traffic, it turned into a 2-hour journey… My boyfriend wasn’t happy, but trust me, everything was worth it when we finally ate! The food is super affordable and the best part is that it’s freshly grilled right in front of you.

• Foie Gras Toast ($11.95)

Super affordable for foie gras! A bite of this and the oil explodes—so rich!

• Flamed Beef Sushi

Watching them grill the beef right in front of us was awesome, and the sushi was packed with that charcoal flavor—so savory!

• Taco Sushi

Not pricey at all! It’s crunchy and flavorful, but my favorite was definitely the tempura shrimp version—so good!

• Milk Tofu Pudding

We wanted to order matcha, but it was sold out, so we went for this one. So glad we did because this was delicious! Paired with a bit of syrup, it was the perfect balance—just a little sweetness made it taste amazing!

It was definitely a worthwhile trip despite the traffic. Highly recommend checking it out!
