Goals for 2024 ✨

1. I want to experiment with my hair more with my hair. Add trims to my routine for length retention. My hair isn’t horrible but it could be in better health!

2. I just took my first Pilates class recently and it was hard, but I can manage it. I no longer have an ideal body goal in my head anymore I just want to feel comfortable in my skin.

3. I will be going on at least 2 vacations this year. I had my passport since October 2022 it needs to be put to use!!

4. Being organized is not my strong suit at all! I think for me to stay organized is for me to look at things as an aesthetic. Making cute notes will be a start.“Every time I see somebody who’s life together is because they got a iPad.”

5. I need to make more money so I can actually budget. And the way economy is going that’s going to take multiple incomes. I’m challenging my self to keep at least 2+ more sources of income for the year.

6. My money management skills been pretty good so far. I always prioritize my bills. But as I get older I have more expenses I need to pay for.

7. I always wanted to be one of girls who always had their hair and nails did. So that’s who I am I want my nails, hair, and lashes always done.

8. I no longer will be laid back and just a play by rules type of girl. I want to take control of most of the things in my life. No more going with the flow.

9. The most important just staying consistent which is the greatest self care of all.

One essential goal might include committing to a hair maintenance routine, such as getting trims monthly to ensure healthy hair. Additionally, engaging in fitness activities such as Pilates not only strengthens the body but also boosts confidence while promoting body positivity. Planning vacations allows for exploration and adventure, helping recharge one's spirit and provide a fresh perspective on life. Organization plays a vital role too; making life visually appealing with cute notes can increase motivation and encourage a tidier space. Financial health is another critical goal; diversifying income sources can offer greater security and stability in uncertain economic times. Finally, embracing a proactive approach can lead to significant personal achievements. By striving for consistency in all tasks, it transforms self-care into a priority rather than an afterthought. This year, take charge of your life, prioritize goals, and enjoy the journey of self-improvement.

I wouldn’t recommend every month unless your hair is already damaged . Personal opinion you trim as needed or about every 3 months . To maintain and retain length
