If you’re reading this you most likely suspicious of your corisol and hormone levels.

📍FIRST : ✨Follow @thecortisolcode (or you will not receive any of my messages - they will come in blank)

Cortisol is a hormone in our body and if you have imbalanced hormones it can leave you in a state of fight or flight.

Cortisol is the primary stress hormone, it increases glucose in our blood stream which aids in repairing tissue.

If your body spends a long time in a chronic period of high stress, it will start pumping out too much cortisol creating high cortisol in our body, which you do not want.

70-80% of people admit to being highly stressed.

5 General signs that you have too much cortisol include:

1️⃣ Face and stomach weight gain

2️⃣ Extreme Fatigue

3️⃣ Anxious

4️⃣ Constant brain fog

5️⃣ Leaky gut, digestion and stomach issues

When I realized I was dealing with high cortisol I started adding new things to my daily routine that helped me support healthy cortisol levels.

A friend of mine knew how much I was struggling and shared a duo with me that supports healthy cortisol and hormone levels and it changed my life.

Within 3 days of adding this, I began feeling significantly better. I finally started losing weight, my face slimmed, my spiraling thoughts stopped and my brain fog cleared. I'm sleeping amazing, and I finally have motivation again.

I had more patience with my husband and no longer feeling overwhelmed.

I’m now down 22lbs, multiple jean sizes, and have more energy than I did in my 20s

... Read moreMany people are unaware of the subtle yet impactful signs of cortisol imbalance that affect both physical and mental well-being. Beyond the common symptoms mentioned — such as face and stomach weight gain, fatigue, anxiety, brain fog, and digestive issues — there are additional subtle indicators worth paying attention to. For example, excessive sweating accompanied by unpleasant body odor in multiple areas, irregular hunger patterns ranging from suppression to sugar and carb cravings, and uncomfortable digestive symptoms like stomach pain, bloating, indigestion with frequent burping, and irregular bowel movements can all be signs of heightened cortisol. One particularly frustrating symptom is the accumulation of fat around the midsection, often making individuals feel the need to loosen their pants after meals. This not only affects appearance but can also be accompanied by a puffy, round facial appearance and hair thinning or loss, which many do not initially associate with hormone imbalance. Managing cortisol effectively requires a combination of lifestyle changes, including stress reduction techniques such as mindfulness meditation, regular physical activity tailored to your ability, and dietary adjustments to stabilize blood sugar levels. Incorporating foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants, and fiber can support digestive health and hormone balance. Additionally, prioritizing quality sleep is critical, as chronic sleep disruption can exacerbate cortisol overproduction. It’s encouraging to hear that introducing targeted supplements designed to support healthy cortisol and hormone levels can lead to rapid and noticeable improvements, including weight loss, clearer thinking, better mood, and renewed motivation. However, before starting any supplement regimen, consulting with a healthcare professional to confirm cortisol levels and rule out underlying conditions is advisable. Understanding and addressing cortisol imbalances is vital because chronic high cortisol not only impacts weight and mood but can also contribute to long-term health concerns like impaired immunity and increased risk of metabolic diseases. Real-life stories of transformation highlight that with the right approach, it’s possible to regain control, reduce symptoms, and improve overall quality of life.
