Heavenly Father,
I lift up every single parent who has endured abuse, fear, manipulation, abandonment, or hardship at the hands of a former spouse or partner. Lord, You are a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble, and a defender of the vulnerable.
Surround these mothers and fathers with Your protection, wisdom, strength, and peace. Heal the wounds that cannot be seen, restore what has been broken, and remind them daily that they are not alone. Give them courage when they are afraid, clarity when they must make difficult decisions, and trustworthy people to support them along the way.
Father, I especially pray for the children. Place Your hand of protection over them wherever they go. Guard their minds, hearts, bodies, and emotions. Shield them from harm, fear, confusion, and every negative influence that seeks to steal their joy and innocence. Let them grow in safety, love, wisdom, and confidence.
Lord, where there is conflict, bring order. Where there is intimidation, bring justice. Where there is anxiety, bring peace. Expose anything done in darkness and establish what is right and good. Guide judges, attorneys, counselors, teachers, law enforcement officers, and all others involved to act with wisdom, integrity, and compassion.
Provide for every financial need, every emotional need, and every practical need. Open doors that no one can shut and make a way where there seems to be no way. Strengthen these parents as they carry the responsibilities of raising their children, often while facing challenges that others may never see.
Let these families find rest under the shadow of Your wings. Fill their homes with peace, stability, healing, and hope. Restore what has been lost, strengthen what remains, and help them build a future grounded in love, wisdom, and faith.
May Your love surround them, Your angels watch over them, and Your presence go before them each day. Let every child know they are loved, valued, protected, and never forgotten by You.
