หลายคนอาจงงว่า “manifest board” ต่างจาก “vision board” ไหม สำหรับเรามันคือสิ่งเดียวกันเลยค่ะ คือบอร์ดรวม “ภาพ + คำ” ที่แทนเป้าหมายและความรู้สึกที่เราอยากมีในปีนั้นๆ พอทำออกมาเป็นภาพเดียว เราจะเห็นภาพรวมชีวิตที่อยากไปให้ถึงชัดขึ้น และใช้เป็นตัวเตือนใจ (แต่ก็ยังย้ำเหมือนเดิมว่าเรื่อง manifest เป็นความเชื่อส่วนบุคคลนะคะ) สิ่งที่เราเพิ่มแล้วรู้สึกว่าเวิร์กมากคือ “ทำให้เป้าหมายจับต้องได้” ก่อนเริ่มหารูปค่ะ แทนที่จะเขียนกว้างๆ เช่น “อยากสุขภาพดี” เราจะเปลี่ยนเป็นเวอร์ชันที่ทำได้จริง เช่น นอนก่อน 5 ทุ่ม 4 วัน/สัปดาห์, ออกกำลังกาย 3 วัน/สัปดาห์ หรือเลือกคำบนบอร์ดเป็นคำสั้นๆอย่าง healthy แล้วแปะตัวช่วยที่ทำให้ healthy ได้ เช่น รูปอาหารที่อยากทำ รูปพิลาทิส หรือรูปแก้วน้ำ เพื่อให้เรานึกถึง “การกระทำ” ไม่ใช่แค่ผลลัพธ์ อีกทริคคือแบ่ง manifest board เป็นหมวดๆ จะจัดง่ายและไม่หลุดธีม เราแนะนำ 5-6 หมวดกำลังดี เช่น - สุขภาพ (healthy) - การเรียน/งาน (internship, girlboss) - การเงิน - ความรัก/ความสัมพันธ์ (love, friends) - ใจและการพักผ่อน (peace, enjoy) - ตัวตน/สไตล์ที่อยากเป็น (dream girl, lucky girl) แล้วเลือก “ประโยคยืนยันตัวตน” สั้นๆ ใส่ 1-2 ประโยคพอ เช่น “I am healthy, wealthy and happy” หรือประโยคไทยที่อ่านแล้วรู้สึกมีกำลังใจ พอถึงขั้นทำใน Canva (หรือ Procreate ก็ได้) เราชอบเริ่มจากเลือกขนาดวอลเปเปอร์ก่อน เช่น iPad/มือถือ แล้วล็อกโทนสีไว้ 2-3 สี เพื่อให้ภาพรวมดูละมุน ไม่รก จากนั้นค่อยเอารูปจาก Pinterest มาวางเป็นคอลลาจผสมรูปสี่เหลี่ยมกับรูปไดคัท และใช้สติกเกอร์เล็กๆ เช่น ดาว วงกลม ไปทับตามมุมที่ชนกัน จะช่วยให้บอร์ดดูน่ารักขึ้นมาก สุดท้ายคือ “วิธีใช้” หลังทำเสร็จ อย่าให้จบแค่เซฟรูปนะคะ เราจะตั้งเป็นวอลเปเปอร์ และทำเช็กลิสต์เล็กๆ ใต้บอร์ด (ในโน้ตหรือแพลนเนอร์) ว่าเดือนนี้จะทำอะไรให้ใกล้คำว่า healthy / peace / internship ขึ้น 1 อย่าง แค่นี้ manifest board ก็จะไม่ใช่แค่รูปสวยๆ แต่เป็นแผนที่ที่พาเราลงมือทำจริงค่ะ
