However, it's in these moments that I’ve found music to be a powerful salve — a companion that embraces both my sorrows and my hopes. Listening to my favorite songs or even playing an instrument allows me to reconnect with myself and find a sense of calm amidst chaos. Music acts almost like a bridge to peace, giving me strength when I feel fragile. Perseverance isn’t just about enduring hardship; it’s about choosing to smile through pain, letting gratitude and hope guide the way. The hashtag #peace is more than a word for me — it’s a priceless treasure that keeps me grounded. Surrounding myself with positive vibes and affirming thoughts becomes a daily practice that reshapes my perspective. Even on the toughest days, this mindset helps me to remember that being 'shattered' doesn’t mean being broken. Whether it’s through journaling my experiences, meditating, or sharing my journey with supportive communities, I’ve realized that embracing vulnerability is a form of resilience.
