Getting a puppy, especially a mini bernedoodle, is a life-changing experience filled with both excitement and a fair share of challenges. When I first brought home my 10-week-old mini bernedoodle, I was overwhelmed by the messes and constant care she required. One tip I found invaluable was creating a routine for feeding, playtime, and potty breaks. This helped reduce accidents and gave my puppy a sense of structure. Investing in chew toys and puppy pads also managed the mess more effectively. Most importantly, the joy of watching my puppy grow, learn, and bond with me far outweighs the inconveniences. If you’re on the fence because of worries about chaos at home, know that the mess is temporary but the memories and companionship last a lifetime. Adopting a dog isn’t just about having a pet; it’s about welcoming a new family member who brings warmth and happiness in ways you can’t always anticipate.
