ถ้าใครเพิ่งเข้ามาอ่านเพราะสงสัยว่า “นัมเมียวโฮเร็งเงเคียว คืออะไร” หรือ “โงะฮนซน” คืออะไร เราขอแชร์แบบที่เราเข้าใจจากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวนะคะ (เป็นความเชื่อส่วนบุคคล) สำหรับเรา “นัมเมียวโฮเร็งเงเคียว” คือบทสวดที่ใช้ตั้งจิตให้แน่วแน่ เหมือนการโฟกัสใจให้ชัดว่าตอนนี้เราขอ/ตั้งเป้าอะไร แล้วค่อยๆ พาตัวเองไปสู่สิ่งนั้น ส่วน “โงะฮนซน” ในบ้านเราเป็นเหมือนจุดศูนย์รวมจิตใจ (แท่นบูชา/ตู้พระ) เวลาไหว้หรือสวดก็จะรู้สึกว่าใจนิ่งขึ้น มีวินัยขึ้น และกลับมาทบทวนตัวเองได้ง่าย หลายคนค้นหาคำว่า “บทสวดนัมเมียวโฮเร็งเงเคียวแบบเต็ม” หรืออยากสวดให้ถูกต้อง ของเราใช้วิธีง่ายๆ คือเลือกช่วงเวลาที่ทำได้จริง เช่น เช้า–เย็น หรือก่อนนอน ตั้งนาฬิกาไว้สั้นๆ ก่อนก็ได้ ไม่จำเป็นต้องฝืนจนเครียด เพราะพอฝืนมากๆ จะกลายเป็นทำแบบ “เอาชนะเวลา” แทนที่จะเป็น “เอาชนะใจ” เราเองเคยท้อเพราะง่วง/อยากไปทำอย่างอื่น สุดท้ายพบว่าถ้าตั้งเป้าเล็กๆ แต่ทำต่อเนื่อง ใจจะค่อยๆ เข้าที่เข้าทาง เรื่องการ “ขอโชคลาภ” หรือขอให้ได้สิ่งที่อยากได้ เราคิดว่าให้ลองเปลี่ยนวิธีอธิษฐานจาก “อยากได้ทันที” เป็น “ขอให้ได้ทางที่เหมาะสมและดีที่สุด” แล้วตามด้วยการลงมือทำ เช่น ขอเรื่องงาน ก็อธิษฐานให้ได้งานที่เหมาะกับเรา แต่เราก็ต้องส่งเรซูเม่ เตรียมสัมภาษณ์ พัฒนาทักษะไปด้วย เวลาสิ่งที่ได้มันมาถูกจังหวะ เราจะรู้สึกเหมือนเป็น “ปาฏิหาริย์” แต่ในอีกมุมหนึ่งคือเราใจนิ่งขึ้นและตัดสินใจดีขึ้น อีกคำถามที่เจอบ่อยคือ “นัมเมียวโฮเร็งเงเคียว หลอกลวงไหม” หรือเป็น “ลัทธิ” ไหม ส่วนตัวเราแนะนำให้ดูที่ความสบายใจและเหตุผลของตัวเองเลยค่ะ ถ้าสิ่งที่ทำอยู่ทำให้เราเป็นคนดีขึ้น มีสติขึ้น ไม่เดือดร้อนตัวเอง/คนอื่น ไม่ถูกบังคับให้เสียเงินเกินกำลัง และยังใช้ชีวิตปกติได้ เรามองว่าเป็นการยึดเหนี่ยวจิตใจรูปแบบหนึ่ง แต่ถ้าเจอสถานการณ์ที่ทำให้รู้สึกไม่ปลอดภัย ถูกกดดัน หรือถูกชักจูงแปลกๆ ก็ถอยออกมาได้ทันที สุดท้าย ถ้าใครไม่มี “ตู้พระนัมเมียวโฮเร็งเงเคียว” หรือไม่ได้สวดหน้าโงะฮนซนตลอด เราว่าก็ไม่เป็นไรนะคะ เราเองก็สวดได้ทุกที่เหมือนกัน จุดสำคัญคือจิตที่ตั้งมั่น ความสม่ำเสมอ และการใช้การอธิษฐานเป็นแรงผลักให้ตัวเองทำสิ่งดีๆ ต่อเนื่อง ลองเริ่มแบบเล็กๆ ก่อน แล้วค่อยสังเกตการเปลี่ยนแปลงของใจตัวเองดูค่ะ
