Atas CBD lunch set - En dining Kaisendon
So this is something a bit pricier that I had for lunch yesterday at $28++ but it was really very worth because the fish was so fresh and there was like 10 different kinds of fish?? It’s a bit more ex yes but I think if I were to have this whole set usually it would cost wayyy more cos good kaisen dons are generally not cheap. Everyone in the set was really nice including the little mochis.
the whole place has fine dining and atas feels although the servers were quite overwhelmed cos I had to ask twice for my green tea refill. That also goes to show even tho it’s a bit ex but how popular it is with the office crowd?! The whole place was full by 1230pm.
I didn’t manage to make a reservation online but I went in around 1130 and got some low counter seats for 2!
I only realised after when paying that they are on Kris+ and they also have a complimentary dessert of the day with $50 min spend which can easily hit with 2 lunch sets!
Overall, I’ll be back again when I want to have a nice lunch meal 🥰
📍take Tanjong Pagar MRT exit F and it’s right there 🥰
If you're exploring lunch options around Hong Kong, it's worth noting that the 'atas' or upscale dining scene extends beyond just the CBD areas, offering a blend of exclusive menus and refined ambience. While En Dining Kaisendon impressed with its fresh seafood and variety, many atas dining spots in Hong Kong also provide a curated experience with seasonal ingredients and premium service. Planning your visit during off-peak hours can help secure a better seat without a reservation, especially in popular locations. Since the staff can sometimes get overwhelmed during rush hours, like I experienced with my green tea refill, arriving early or making reservations online is recommended when possible. Additionally, do check for any membership or payment apps like Kris+ which can offer perks such as complimentary desserts or discounts on minimum spend. This can make the slightly higher price point feel more worthwhile. Whether you're craving a Kaisendon or other Asian-fusion lunch sets, these atas spots provide an indulgent break from the usual, combining quality ingredients with a stylish, relaxing environment. Exploring these options in areas like Tanjong Pagar or other CBDs is perfect for office workers wanting an elevated lunch experience without venturing too far from work. With a bit of planning and patience, you can enjoy top-tier meals that satisfy both taste and atmosphere.

Too expensive for the lousy quality
