Refocusing

Soooo I’ve always stayed between the 130-140 weight range since I’ve been an adult other than when I became preggers, I got up to 150 and that was 12 years ago. But chyyyyyyyy I went to the doctor last month and was 162! Backstory: I married my husband in 2022 and since then the pounds just been po
